Information Storage

iDo Database

When you use iDo, all of your data is securely stored in cloud databases managed and maintained by Microsoft's Windows Azure division. When using a Azure datbase, Microsoft requires that applications connect to in a secure manner using required encryption (SSL) at all times. Read the Windows Azure Security Policy for more information.

As an additional security measure, we encrypt your personal information.
For example, the name "John" might look something like this "QrY4FFJqqTfypp8hRjJXuA==" in the database.

iDo Web Posts

iDo provides you with the ability to have a unique webpage for each event. All websites are public. Your website will be accessible via iDoHQ.com\{ and will show your 'posts' like a news site. So, if you post information about something/someone, please know that this information will be made accessible to the public. This is similar to Twitter...if you post a Tweet about something, it is available for the world to see.

How We Use the Information

We will use your email to contact you concerning changes to your account and all order confirmations.

We will not share your personally identifiable information outside of Elm Software.

We will not share any of your data outside of Elm Software.

We may disclose personally identifiable information if the law requires us to do so.

In-App Purchasing

iDo uses Stripe.com for credit card processing.

Your credit card information is securely stored on Stripe.com servers. Read Stripe's Security page for more information.

Cookies

We currently use a cookie to store your UTC offset.
